Step 3: Installers contact you directly

Matched installers get in touch directly, usually by phone or email using the details you provided, to confirm what’s involved and put together a quote. Because they’re replying to a specific enquiry rather than chasing a cold lead, most can give you a fairly firm figure early on, though a proper quote for installation work often still needs a site visit or photographs first.

Step 4: You choose

You’re free to accept a quote, ask for changes, wait to hear from more than one installer, or decline altogether — there’s no obligation at any point, and using the enquiry service costs nothing. If nothing suits, you don’t owe anyone an explanation, and you can submit a fresh enquiry later if your circumstances change.

Will more than one installer contact me?
It depends on how many installers cover your area and the work you've described. In places with several active installers you may hear from more than one; in quieter areas it may be a single installer. Either way, you choose whether to go ahead with any of them.
Do you carry out the installation or repair work yourselves?
No. We don't employ engineers or send anyone out ourselves. The work is always carried out by the independent installer you choose to go with, under their own terms and guarantees.
What happens to the details I submit?
